Day of Tickets
If tickets are still available, they will be available
for in-person purchase at Marymoor Park at the
concert venue Will Call area on the days of the
event. Day of ticket sales are cash only.

Group Sales
If you are purchasing larger than normal quantities
of tickets, you may qualify for group sales discounts.

Will Call
Will Call is located at the main gate entrance to the
concert venue at Marymoor Park. It will be staffed
one hour prior to the concert start time.

Lodging
Make it an extra special weekend and treat yourself to a relaxing stay at the beautiful Marriott Redmond Town Center, just steps away from Marymoor Park. Ask for the Wine Notes special rate of $99 for either Friday, July 25 or Saturday, July 26. Hurry! There is a limited number of rooms and you must make your reservations by phone on or before Monday, June 30.

Wine Tasting and Purchasing
Ticket holders will receive five wine tasting tickets per
person at the venue. Valid photo I. D. is required of all participants
regardless of age. Wine may be purchased by the glass and
consumed at your seat. No outside alcohol is allowed.
Wine may be purchased with cash, debit or credit card.
Food may be purchased with cash only.
Weather
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to
inclimate weather. Be prepared, dress accordingly and bring
sunscreen. Personal-sized rain umbrellas are permitted. Those
needing to use sun umbrellas will be seated in the back.
General Admission and VIP Seating
Marymoor Park is a grass amphitheater with excellent site-lines
to the covered stage. General admission is festival-style seating
on the ground. VIP seating is at a table that accommodates
up to TEN. It may be necessary to sit European-style (with other
people you don't know.) The VIP seating is front and center to the
stage and provides excellent site-lines. All seating including VIP is
first come first seated.
Parking
There is ample parking near the concert venue at Marymoor Park,
including designated handicapped parking. Parking is complimentary
for ticket holders.
Merchandise Sales
Artist's merchandise will be available for sale during the event.
Wine Notes t-shirts, caps, posters and wine bags will also be
available. Sales are cash only!

Minors under the age of 21 are allowed with a ticket.
Some wine service areas may be off limits to minors.
There are no ticket discounts for under 21-years of age.
Tickets are non-refundable for any reason. Proceeds support Woodinville Wine Country a non-profit association.
